    Time: 5:30pm - 9:30pm

    Guests will be collected outside The Sofitel Hotel at 5:00pm and dropped back to the hotel at around 9:45pm.

  • Order of Events:

    3.00pm - All guests collected outside of The Sofitel Hotel

    3.30pm - Arrive at Bella Luce

    4.00pm - Ceremony

    4.30pm - Canapes & Cocktails

    6.00pm - Dinner

    8.00pm - Reception

    11.00pm - Celebration concludes at Bella Luce

    Guests can retire for the evening via provided transport or continue to the private dance party at Ayrburn in The Barrel Room.

  • If you're not quite ready to hang up your dancing shoes there's an after party in the Barrel Room at Ayrburn from 11.30pm - 2.30am.

    Transport is provided to take you to and from the after party.

  • Venue: The Grille, Eichardt’s Hotel

    Time: 1:00pm - till late
